Web Design Policy
As the Client, by activating this contract, we assume you have the full authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your organisation.

1.       You are then obligated at a specified time to furnish us with all information that is required to commence design processes. Kindly provide these as requested and in formats that are compatible with our requirements.

2.       You will be given opportunity to review our work AFTER FIRST PHASE of design is completed, provide feedback as necessary.You will be given timelines guided by all relevant considerations until the project is finalised.

3.       Once the First Design phase is complete the client will have access to a real-time active link to followup on progress. If, at any stage, after the reviewing process you change your mind about any work done, we will be obligated to charge you in full for the time we would have spent working with you until that point and terminate this contract.

As Service Provider

We commit to providing you with high quality and timeous service. We will endeavor to meet every deadline that will be set, we will maintain and exercise ‘client-service provider’ confidentiality principles.

UI & UX Design
We create standard UI designs, that deliver flexible layouts that adapt to the capabilities of a variety of devices and screen sizes; with the aim to deliver the best UX to your visitors.We create designs interactively and use predominantly HTML, JavaScript, PHP and CSS amongst other design technologies and techniques available on the market.
Design Tenure
Web Design is an artistic commitment and as such while all efforts are made to timeously deliver, design tenure shall not be fixed to a specific time period as it directly or indirectly depend on variables such may vary around input resources availed at project inception. We shall thus give an estimate design term to work which may be mutually altered upon communication between both parties.
Website Content & Graphics
Unless agreed separately, the Client will be responsible for providing all text, graphics and images that will be used in the development of their website before the development process commences. You will be expected to provide graphic files in an editable, digital format, images will be expected in a high resolution digital format such as .jpg & .png
Browser testing
Browser testing no longer means attempting to make a website look the same in browsers of different capabilities or on devices with different size screens. It does mean ensuring that a person’s experience of a design should be appropriate to the capabilities of most standard browsers or devices. We test our work in current versions of major desktop browsers including those made by Google (Chrome), Microsoft (Edge), Mozilla Firefox and Opera etc.
Mobile browser testing
Mobile browser testing using popular smaller screen devices is essential in ensuring that a person’s experience of a design is appropriate to the capabilities of the device they’re using. We test our designs in popular modern devices including android and iOS devices across browsers to ensure our designs deliver that value adding UX even on mobile devices.
Orientation & Assistance
Design & Development costs of the Website do not include, attending to user orientation & other web assistance before and after delivery of the Website, where the Client requires technical assistance and support standard rates will apply unless otherwise communicated or arranged.
Domains & Hosting
We do not use in-house physical Servers for Domain and Hosting facilities, We use highly efficient modern Online based Cloud Server Systems, we have preferred facilities that we are more comfortable working with, based on our experience we thereby recommend and provide these for our clients on their discretion at a clearly communicated cost, that is not included in design fees.Should a client opt to use any 3rd party Hosting and or Domain services other than those we recommend; we will not be liable for any inconveniences that may be experienced in the delivery of the the desired services and meeting timelines thereof.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

While we do our level best at ensuring ensuring that our products are optimised to delivered the desired value across technologies, we do not guarantee website’s search engine rankings. Basic SEO is carried out on each website we design, we also index the sites on popular search engines although this may vary based on the product package or plan the client chooses.

Website Marketing
Designing the website does not entail marketing it too; The Client shall be entirely responsible for marketing their site by whatever means convenient to them, whether in-house or by a third party agency. We offer Website marketing as a distinct service should the client choose to engage us, a separate arrangement and cost shall be made specifically for marketing under applicable and agreed terms and conditions
Changes, Updates & Revisions
Website changes,updates,revisions and any maintenance work after website has been published will billed separately.
Advertising

Because we are in advertising, we reserve the right to display all aspects of our creative work, including sketches, work-in-progress designs and the completed project on our portfolio and in articles on websites, in magazine articles and in books.

Legal Liability

We will carry out our work in accordance with professional ethics, good industry practice and standards. That said, we cannot guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we will not be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you have advised us of them.

 

Your liability to us will be limited to the amount of fees payable under this contract and you will not be liable to us or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or unforseen damages, even if we have advised you of them.

 

Finally, if any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Payments Schedule

Considering the amount of time invest into the creative process, we request that any due and invoiced amounts be paid promptly and as per agreement. Kindly note the dates and stipulations of payments are crafted to create continuity in the running of the websites. All proposals are quoted in [US$] and alternative currency payments will be made at the equivalent conversion rate on the transaction date.

All payments shall be either

1.       Hard cash at Our Offices or to an Authorised Agent.

2.       Electronic Mobile Money i.e. Ecocash

3.       Bank electronic transfers i.e. Zipit / RTGS

 

An electronic invoice will be issued for each transaction. The appropriate bank account details will be printed on our electronic invoice.

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of at least 50% of the agreed total cost of production shall be expected upon activation of this agreement. The payment of the said Deposit shall activate this agreement and mark the commencement of production. Our payment terms of the resultant balance are 7 days from the date of invoice regardless of whether project is complete or pending, as we shall commit to complete all projects as per agreement.

 

The Client agrees to pay all charges associated with international transfers of funds where applicable. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue debts at a fixed rate of 15% per month.
